Dealing with power in academia

i usually do many fields related to masculinity, hormones and alpha male topics.

this usually leads to very positive attention from women and very negative attention from men.

the thing about academia is that there are many male professors that are very low status and try to exercise their self-percieved lack of power through their academic position, by inflicting power on others through their artificial sense of status.

i don’t have a title yet and i need it, but dealing with male professors is a nightmare, they’re on to me and make me have a really hard time through all their bs, even having a much higher standards on me than what they have on other students. this bs doesn’t happen with women faculty members, only with male faculty members.

what can i do about this?

i’d like to avoid having to deal with these low status folks as much as possible because it will only make my career last longer than it’s planned.

is there any free field that deals with this?

have you tried love related fields? like the ones in the Alchemy of love album?

Interesting. In our neck of the woods academia is dominated by women who are calling the shots. To climb the ladder you don’t want to shine too brightly, unfortunately. I’d add The grand jealousy reflecting shield and Justice for all
