Do you have to suggest a stack of fields for a longer and more restorative sleep? With the arrival
of summer, sleeping has become more difficult and not very restful.

Vagus Nerve Stimulation and The Deep Sleeper paired together right before bed works for me. Spa Days might be nice too.

Not a Sapien field but I’m using the Deep Sleep mandala from Maitreya and it’s quite effective.
