  1. Log in / make account
  2. Purchase the FREE ticket (paypal is optional)
  3. Check your email you use to purchase it. Check spam folder and click on the option to view all emails if you cannot see it
  4. Click on the link to the stream in the email (If it doesn’t turn up on the browser, be sure you’re logged in with the correct account with the email you used to purchased the ticket)
  5. Viola! wait for the stream to start
  6. Let the magic happen

Be sure you’re logged in with the correct account with the email you used to purchased the ticket if it doesn’t turn up on the browser.

For anyone having issues with sound on mobile device. Turn on Desktop mode / desktop view.

If there is still no sound, tap on the sound icon to the left in desktop mode.

:arrows_counterclockwise: Be sure you reload / refresh the page to be sure the stream gets loaded properly

:globe_with_meridians: If the stream is not playing still, try a different browser that’s completely clean / new. Google Chrome, Firefox, Brave

Mobile: Google Cbrome, Bromite, Fennec, Brave

:gear: Try switching to a different device

:satellite: Try turning off the VPN
