Definitely quality and professional submakers, but products that require a lot of listening time
and a limited number of targets to operate on.
Be mindful of subliminal channels that havent been around for years with tons of testamonials
most subliminal channels on youtube are ran by teenagers who found out subs and could feed your subconscious with sub par affirmations
If you want to use subliminals I advice you either
to only use trusted and professional subliminal creators who have been around for years with proper testamonials
or
create them yourself (very easy)

I dont know what you mean with automated
but you can use a free text to speech tool/website to create your affirmations
and use audacity (free) to layer your affirmations with music or rain sounds which you can download from youtube
I used the same method as you stated. I was wondering if there is an software in which you can write the affirmations and it will give you finished mp3 file

Can someone energy sensitive let me know if this is legit? The concept seems really cool in theory but if it doesn’t work then I don’t really want to waste my time using it.
I joined the channel owner’s discord and read a few of his posts and he mentions conceptual thinking, etc and having taken the energy awakening course so that increases the credibility in my eyes a bit.
