On the topic of fitness subs, I’ve tried a few of them:
v1per for 2 months
hypnodaddy for 3 months
sapienmed for 6 months
I love all these creators, but vox masculus is the only one that gave me STRONG feelings in certain muscle groups in just 2 months:
STRONG = Quads, Hams, Triceps, Biceps, neck
Moderate = Abs but no feelings on the obliques,
small = forearms, calves, shoulders, glutes
Sometimes it feels like I’ve done 50 squats, 20 pushups, 20 situps.
One day it was hard to keep my head up like I use to feel when I would wrestle and try to avoid submitting from a choke hold.
I’m 270 pounds and trying to get to 300 lbs so I don’t expect to see visual results.
I still can’t find a good weight gain sub, but still searching if anyone has an idea. Thanks in advance!
By the way, no matter which sub I use, I make sure to add DrVirtual7’s “Become All Knowing” to every playlist I make. I really feel likes it’s giving me insight on several things including the way I should listen to subs, or which ones best suit me so far. After 10 months, I should gain even more insight.
