What are u using I m using her younger everyday but not daily and I feel it’s working but it’s difficult to tell exactly as I m quiet young

As I also get dreams whenever I use her fields and I m not using anything for purging so I m little confused with her
I don’t get dreams through her fields. But my dreams tell me all kinds of things. Among other things, results and effects of fields.

If u arent sure due to your youth that they work,
try her individual workout audios (automated tire flip for example.)
Ive tried them.
I use her
Total Body Regeneration2
Spinal Regeneration
and her
Healer series (back, legs, hands)
and Not Your Average…
And have had some good results.
(I wish she completed the Healer series and included the arms and the kidneys)
P.S. I use these along side (not at the same time ofc) a SM stack

I used her other files like morphic field sensitizer, boat pose, triceps one too u know whenever I listen to her I got weird dreams, anger issues, body vibrations ( not at the time of listening) but while sleeping actually victim of a bad channel In the past so i started having doubts now I don’t know if it’s only me
I was initially introduced to the works of “Morpheus Fields” via the individual exercises , auto cardio and the yoga poses, so I have used them 6 days/week for a few weeks and never had problems with them.
U do what feels comfortable for u.
