SZ has some shields (you may be using already), but also some automated mantras that would protect you, and invoke the Goddess so she may get rid of the problem.

Do you listen to Quadible? Have you tried Quadible’s Subconscious Purger? （has 6 levels）
There are so many good comments. And many say it is tense, especially from level 3.
I’m still on level 1. I get really tense but as I’m currently struggling from anxiety due to my life issues and the situation is getting worse, I cant distinguish the tensity of the purger from my preexisting anxiety.
Also, many listeners comment they begin to feel lighter afterwards but I haven’t felt any lighter but again it might be because my anxity is quite heavy. Though I wonder why the purger cant make me feel even a little bit of relief afterwards.
I was wondering if you can compare the one from PU which you recommended and the Quadible’s if you’ve already tried.

Im sure its good! QI is a solid creator. I use many of his/her fields, but I havent touched their Subconscious Purger series because there are so many parts to it… So I cannot really compare the two.

What’s your experience with this creator honestly never heard of it. Its youtube channel has over 900 fields have you tried his/her other fields? Also what is sigh energy? I usually am worried when creators uses beings, since I find hard to trust, what kind of astral contact you can be making.
