In the light of new bodily Manhatten fields. Plasma Body of Recovery? Like advanced version of Muscle Recovery 2.0 in the same way as Plasma Brain of Youth is for Brain Regeneration.
So targeting not only muscles, but peripheral nervous system, other organs with goal to make them recover as fast as possible for next growth and special adaptations’ session (like Plasma Brain restart between wiring in case of brain, but for mind-muscle connections for either speed, strength, coordination, etc.) Kind of “safety net” to avoid negative effects on muscle, nerve, ligament from “overstimulation” with new products, like Muscle Roar. Although same problems were reported by users who did too much of classic Auto-Workout series.
In contrast to Plasma Flaunt which is first and foremost for deep healing. So here is part that is speculation that such recovery can be streamlined without as much healing effects, not giving same benefits obviously, but also not feeling heavy on the body.
Maybe this is the place to include something like Enhanced Nutrient Partitioning as well to shuttle energy and nutrition to “exercised system”. Like professional bodybuilders who get so big that they use insulin with postworkout meals or very fast acting carbs as their muscles require so much carbohydrates that own pancreatic output simply isn’t sufficient.
But without negative effects of insulin on the body of course in case of the field.

I love them all, I see them as pieces of one bigger brain fields. I don’t think one is really better than the other… with that said, these days since I’m writing my manuscript, the Drop of Memory has the informations flashing through my mind. I remember ideas from books I’ve read years ago, specific youtube videos, research articles. I remember enough to go and find the original sources. It’s been wild. Sometimes I can’t remember when, but I remember the name of the theory I need and find it on Wikipedia.

I also have been spamming drops of memory. It is truly a necessity. I don’t see why people don’t seem to prioritize it as much as others but, to me its fundamental. I guess people don’t realize their memory deficits. How they google searches 20 questions but only remember the answer to 3, and even then the little information they processed isn’t strong enough to conceptually understand on a wholistic level. Drops of memory can give you wisdom and knowledge. It’s like, remember that time you were 5 and you saw a guy get hit by a car? Yeah not gonna make that mistake.
I’m trying to choose 2-3 fields to help myself start processing things around me better, do you think drops of memory can help with that?
to further expand on my situation, due to dissociating a lot as a child ( daydreaming to escape reality + low self esteem influenced by my family and surroundings )… nowadays, even though I try my best to snap myself back into society - I always get the feeling of being left behind, and that I’ve lived and still to some extant “living under a rock” - because learning new concepts is so complicated for my brain, I forget them almost instantly. (to give an example, random things like mortgage, basic understanding of politics, social structures etc…things I consider important for my surviving and thriving independently)
I do ask questions, I do understand the answers, but after a week it feels like I know absolutely nothing. it’s frustrating.
I would love to take on bigger challenges - knowledge wise - be it studying a specific topic, have “specialized knowledge” , or even business knowledge…be more street smart…but my brain grasp things for a few moments, and then it goes back to a blank page. everything slips away.
*I’m working on the self esteem issues separately - but it’s hard to trust my brain and abilities to retain information without frustration and constant reviewing of it.
Ah I see, for your personal situation I would suggest 1. Drops of memory 2. The manhattan Method 3. PoNR or Blueprint of life (read the descriptions to see which one helps you better. I have a similar childhood to you based on what you wrote yet I chose PoNR first.)
If you don’t have brain key then get brain key before the manhattan method. So it will be 1. Drops of memory 2. Brain key, or 3. Point of No Return or Blueprint of life.
Even if ur learnt concepts ur mind still have to vist them atleast once or twice if u want to remember them, most the issues such as daydreaming and escaping reality is stuff i struggle with.
The knight mindset NFT and revistion of alchemy will help you, they have added redefined small parts of my character on a subconscious level
Manhattan Method is the most complete brain field if you can only get one as stated by Dr_manhattan himself. It helps you with working memory, processing capability, analytical skills, and complex thinking skills. Dr_manhattan also stated that it can put you in the top 1% of people in terms of mathematical capability.
Drops of Memory will help you learn because of working memory which is a large part of intelligence, along with working memory manipulation, which can help you connect the new information that you are receiving with old things you’ve learned forming more brain connections. But it will also help you retain that information, so if your long term memory is bad this is the best one.

Some other ideas that could hopefully be included - acne removal including whiteheads/blackheads (well I guess acne removal was fairly obvious, just thought i’d mention it).
Something to also eliminate stretch marks. Personally, I have a lot of stretch marks all over my body from training and it doesn’t bother me, and I think some men like i to some extent, but I know a lot of women would probably like to have a solution to this problem. So it could potentially revert stretch marks that have been created as a result of becoming pregnant, or stretch marks created from just being overweight. Basically a total elimination of stretch marks throughout the entire body to revert it to perfect skin. Not sure if that’s possible, but i’m putting it out there in case you can come up with a solution.
Which leads to another suggestion - something to address the loose skin that gets created after a person loses a lot of weight (or as a result of some other conditions). A mechanism to somehow eliminate that loose and excess skin to completely revert it back to fit your body (maybe some targeted apoptosis to that excess skin?), which then becomes perfect skin with no stretch marks.
