There are supposedly astral body traps, some even laid out by secret service agents to prevent astral travellers from spying etc.
Call upon higher self/guardian or if you have a spiritual mentor ask it to guide you.

Wow. That’s a new perspective of the Gayatri Mantra that I am very glad to have received from you. I’ve always viewed it as just another cultural ritual (Sandhyavandanam) performed in the morning while wearing a white thread by some of my family members.
Talking of Islamic people, any idea about Prophet Muhammad, Imam Ali and how these people got their ideas. Did they similarly “download” this information from Allah via the angel Gabriel? Who is this Allah god and what is he really like?

I don’t know, I have not explored these as those are not topics of interest to me. I have read Satanic Verses though, which is quite interesting (Sulman Rushdie was my Mom’s neighbor in London for a few years lol so we had a book).
I see. Yeah I wouldn’t know how to get any information about the Islamic side of things considering the fact that these spiritual methods are very “pagan” in their nature and are probably not very well received by Muslims and other Abrahamics as a whole.
Although from what @Samurai says, Yeshua was a similar yogi. Which surprises me, considering that he was surrounded by a hardcore monothestic Abrahamic environment, as to how he would’ve acquired that knowledge in the first place, let alone become a powerful sorcerer.

Overall its pretty stupid imo, especially the astral realms. So many tricksters, deceivers and thoughtforms that you just want to quickly get to the higher planes.
You should focus on lucid dreaming.
Its a very rare skill, once mastered, you can do anything.
From there you can simply open a portal to the other realms, etc.
Astral projecting on your own will take practice, but even if youre a pro, you gotta know how to handle yourself there.
For example, if youre afraid of spiders, some trickster is gonna spawn giant spiders and send them after you etc.
Mental discipline is required to say the least.
Angels arent that big on astral travelling, they prefer you dont, but im sure aliens would be a big help, you can loop alien intercession and ask them for an out of body experience.

But let’s say I don’t want to really be that adventurous for now and wanna astral project and fly around the house in my astral form. Surely that wouldn’t freak me out? All I want is a taste of it really. Already working on lucid dreaming.

I’ve been targeted by shadowbeings and others since I was a kid. I projected automatically as a kid once, saw this being and was traumatized, just remembering it is painful.
I dont want anyone experiencing that.
I wish too you could just peacefully do stuff, but sadly thats not how it works out there.
Its why I urge people not to do it alone, if you have a guide there it will banish those beings atleast, and you can still roam around the house freely.
There are two ways that I know of to AP;
First one is the classic, enter sleep paralysis while being awake, then look trough closed eyelids and you’ll see the etheric.
The second is a straightforward projection from the third eye center, although thats mostly used for remote viewing, can be used to AP aswell.
Second one requires some clairvoyant abilities , third eye “open” to the point you can easily see into the astral without having to paralyze the body.

Woah sounds like you’re serious about them parasitic entities. It’s hard to believe they could be lurking in my own safe house. I guess I’ll develop a relationship with Hanuman first and then maybe he can help me with fighting off these other entities. How exactly would you enter sleep paralysis while being awake though?

How do I use the Alien intercession audio for help btw? Do I just sit and meditate and ask for my wish while looping the audio? Or do I first have to master lucid dreaming and then play the alien intercession audio while sleeping and ask those aliens for wishes in my dreams?
And how long do I loop the audio if im meditating with it? 1 hour?

Would you say that the morphic fields in the audios on Sapien Medicine’s channel are like the modern day version of these mantras? The Rig Veda (and the Vedas in general) seem to be full of mantras for specific purposes and they sort of resemble the morphic fields that Sapien Medicine puts out. I could be completely wrong though. What do you think?

Well, see it like this. The intercession kind of “opens/widens” your perception of this universe.
Many, including me, report of a “door” opening in the sky.
However, this is just me, if you play it once or twice, then afterwards that “door/your perception of the universe” shrinks back to normal. (Dumb ass ancestors and their sky god is in our dna).
So, the more you use it, the more you will subconsciously accept the existence of them, therefore strenghtening the connection with the other parts of this universe (“aliens”).
Ego dissolution once before alien intercession could help aswell.

With regards to Lucid dreaming, I looped it last night but found it extremely difficult to fall asleep lol. And then when I did, I didn’t even have a dream in the first place so obviously it was impossible to lucid dream.
