Eternal NFT missing in phantom wallet

hi everyone,

shortly i’m missing the Eternal NFT in my wallet. the NFT isn’t in the spam folder either. there are other spam NFT’s missing too. the Eternal NFT still shows up in my wallet on netscan and there hasn’t been an official transaction. it seems i also miss some NFT transactions from some NFT’s on solscan and i also have unknown app interactions but i don’t know if they were there before or what they mean. this morning i deleted the phantom app on my iPhone 13 and successfully re-installed my phantom wallet with the security phrase cause i was advised to do so.

Can someone please help me? maybe @Zen?

Even under manage collectibles list at the end of NFTs, Eternal isn’t showing? I checked my wallet my 2 copies are intact.

Hmm I think I had the exact thing happen to me. In my phantom wallet all NFTs disappeared and I reset the app a few times and magically everything was there, no clue as to why that happened

only one spam NFT left.

5 other spam NFT’s have disappeared + the eternal in my main NFT frame.

i was advised to do so and i did but nothing changed.

if i take a look at the phantom app information in the apple store it’s written in the compatibility that one needs to have IOS14 or earlier if i’m correct. not sure if that’s the problem.

That is strange, I’m using an ancient iphone so probably my wallet didn’t get affected but thinking about it is scary.

all my other NFT’s are intact + my solana crypto so i don’t understand what happened.

on my macbook i use google chrome instead of safari and also there the same thing.

the NFT still shows up in my wallet on netscan for the last 5 days. no change.

i’m fed up with technology tbh.

last year in india i lost 2000$ on paypal. no trace of it whatsoever. according PayPal everything was fine.

I use phantom wallet on brave, chrome tracks everything and is bugged.

That sucks, are there no grievance channels in EU for scamsters? Paypal robs customers and is unscrupulous.

if it was a glitch there’s no proof. nothing strange happened according to PayPal. so it should be me making it up. from then on i double check all money interactions to see if the number is correct. very exhausting tbh. and that only to proof i’m not crazy.

Seems like quite a few people are missing Eternal, so I opened up my phantom wallet and it’s gone for me as well :face_with_monocle:

Sorry if it was insensitive but I got a confirmation from the Sage of Arunachala, I opened YT and a favourite channel I follow has a small clip about Ramana Maharshi on the nature of maya.

If your Eternal NFT by Sapien Medicine is still showing on a blockchain explorer but not in your wallet, it might be due to a display issue.

Ensure that your wallet is updated to the latest version, as updates can resolve such issues.
