This happened before to me, NFTs go missing and they come back within a day or so…
It also happened on venly, had a bunch of NFTs that weren’t mine with plenty that where mine missing… And then within a few days they where back
I gave out my email address and my wallet address. I didn’t attach any protocols. That seemed too dangerous to me. Apparently that’s been enough so far. I was then asked by email which NFT it was.
it’s been over 5 days now

I think the best thing to do is contact support and then wait a couple of days…
I actually have same issue with a different NFT, reported it. It seems that chatbot accepts anything as a reply for “name”. Logs can contain a device name, but they are all text and not very long, so anything that is personal information can be removed before submitting them, if Phantom will ask about them during submission of a ticket or later.
i have another issue / question regarding transfering sol to an another person’s wallet in europe. today i transferred a good amount of sol to my friends kraken wallet but the transaction / deposit was put on hold. seems there are new regulations in europe. he has to verify this (my) wallet. does that also mean NFT’s don’t work for me anymore after he has done that?
I just checked my phantom wallet and the eternal doesn’t appear. Although according to solscan it is still there. I understand that it is my property, but I can’t sell it?

I decided to check Phantom and I’m also missing The Eternal NFT from my wallet.
I wonder how long has this nft been missing?!

my guess is that the Eternal NFT is the nft that may have been transferred the most of all the sapien medicine NFT’s and therefor indicated as spam. lots of the times the Eternal NFT token had to be reported as not spam in the spam folder to be seen the library.
if one has the security recovery phrase the Eternal NFT can be seen on solflare ![]()
also if enough people keep reporting to phantom that the Eternal NFT doesn’t show up in their library than there’s a good chance they will expose as non spam.
That’s really weird. I just checked my wallet and I still have Eternal in there. I don’t think I’m missing anything else either. I’ve noticed that sometimes phantom will mark certain NFTs as spam and then I have to manually unmark them as spam. I’ve had some random spam NFTs in my wallet for almost two years marked as spam, but I noticed they weren’t there anymore just now. I wonder if phantom automatically removed NFTs marked as spam recently.
There have been glitches in the app before. It doesn’t mean your items are gone. All of your questions should be posed to them so that you are reassured.
I just checked. My NFTs are all there and showing up correctly.
