I’m trying to gather the fields that clear away excessive energy before going to sleep.
An OG field comes to mind is Deep Clearing Energy.
Can you guys give me some fields of this kind?

The solution depends on the type of energy that is in excess.
Too much Jing? Chi? Shen?
And also where that energy overload is located in the energy body.
Root cause (Root chakra field) or Tree experience can also be considered.

From personal experience, if the energy isn’t particularly harmful and there’s just too much of it, you can consider Energy Body and Auric Repair, Your Energetic Being, or KQC.

Yeah, dunno why Supreme Grounding slipped my mind, but that and Automated Grounding.
It depends where you feel the excess?
for me when i over do it with fields, etc the excess stays in my head, ears, back of the neck
in order of fast speed recovery:

if is shows as higher sexual energy
1- transmute basal energy
2- the root cause
3- primal urge
but i personally prefer to try transmuting it myself by pushing it up and use it for healing or to feed the plexus or the Spine Cord upwards. instead of trying to release it back to earth nah, thats a real raw powerful energy to let it go like that lol

How about “stale” energy that has been sorta stuck in the body for a very long time (maybe even years) on the left side of the body?
