Anyone tried this for 21 days straight like first thing in the morning? If yes, share your experience. Lately I have been getting intrusive negative thoughts and fear of manifesting negativity. I have to forcefully stop imagining, I guess this is due to loads of information [LOA] I have researched in past two years. Sometimes, ignorance is bliss. Hope this help. Dealing with several medical trauma. Trying everyday to make it through all the Drs, my medical conditions and battle my mind and body to live. People around me don’t understand. Been taught it is ok to cry, as do other release. Been taught it is ok to scream tiger it out. Otherwise get other medical conditions. Trying to prepare for a medical procedure now so quite frighten on how to make it through. Am a Tbi and amputee survivor. Got yelled at, humiliated, criticized and verbal abused just now. Thrown me off and have to find the strength. Am not even allowed to cry out the frustration, the pain in inside body and try to do what rehabilitation said to do just to make it through. Am not even allowed Tory. Am having a panick attack and get confused on what steps need to get done to make through this procedure. Pray for me please to maeittrough. Supposed to surround myself with peace and calm. Get yelled at everyday. Wish there was an X-ray or a way for people to seethe hell that happens inside my body which don’t have control over. The movements, electrical shocks, not being able to transfer all the way trying to tell myself I can make it . Trybingso hard to stay alive but … is reading me down and making sicker. Developed sever panic attacks andsuchsince it is sogardto make it. But I am trying. The only one gave is me to give myself to overcome. That it is tiring. How do you all survive? I’ve only just started using this but I wanted to note something encase it helps others- I’ve noticed thar after doing a playlist of “block removers” or programs aimed to cleanse the subconscious etc the energy around me starts to feel quite oppressive and weighted down - like I’m filling it with all the crap I’m trying to expel lol im sure it would naturally disperse with rest and then continued use of the block removers - but that’s not really my way lol I’ve started playing this when I get that feeling- and it works wonders! I have been using several energy/emotion clearing and Exorcism videos from Dream Seed this past 2 days, I have felt energy shifting and Memories and dreams at night which is great news.
Today I woke up to a terrible lower back pain on the right side, I suspect this particular field as I felt it working on this area at night, I am looking for advice from @Dream Seeds, @Sapien Medicine or any member who would know (not speculate) on what could it mean and where to go from here.

The back of my neurological cavity located at the back of the head/skull is releasing large amounts of debris and clogged energy.

So, ive been living with a new roommate for the past 5 weeks, and Ive been listening to my fields out loud while hes at home. Lol
At the beginning it was embarassing, I mean I didnt want him to think I was a freak or something, so I got back to my heaphones initially.

Besides, the lung strengthening one works SUPER WELL on him hehehe he smokes a lot, like a pack a day. And that has been for a long time according to him. After I heard him complaining about shorts of breath and “heavy” lungs, i played three times in a row and, WITHOUT EVEN GUESSING I WAS DOING THAT, he said after: “i think im breathing much better than I was this morning!”

i find it easier to breathe and my heart feels like its releasing negativity, thank you! It definitely cleans deep! :) when im wearing over ear headphones I find it works more effectively if I turn the volume up more than usual.

I have a question. So what are you suppose to do when someone has already interfered with your energy? Like quantum entanglement? And sating end result is P P P A? Saying its negative. But it was positive and an evil person decided to take everything that was shiny and make you rusted. Decay? Am i wasting my time or is there no time? Like i really have no clue what happen to me, but it isn’t good i can tell you that much. I am a positive person. I was. Was hard for me when i was being harrassed 24-7. Like on purpose.
