Fields to Help with Thalassemia

I just got diagnosed with Thalassemia, a genetic condition of anemia where your blood cells have lower hemoglobin than normal, I looked at the anemia threads but its just not information, as thalassemia is kind of different, If someone can recommend some fields to help with this genetic condition, would be amazing.
I already use plasma flaunt but I also want something more focused on this & also to help with the symptoms which I have had for a long time, fatigue,weakness & anemia based symptoms

Do you think Quintessence of Marrow by itself is ok?
I have tried monoatomic iron, it worked mehh for fatigue.

i think combined makes a difference, just remember not to over do QoM, for an urgent treatment is ok 1 or 2 weeks daily but reduce the plays after that
