My experience :

Audio quality from >>1 to >>10

.wav :point_right: 10+++

.flac :point_right: 8

.mp3 :point_right: 5

Obviously it’s my own experience, the .wav format is
“good option for the audio purists”

Does this have a compounded effect? @Dreamweaver (like the more I listen the faster the results and better it works).

Because everyday I listen to it, I realize its effects are getting stronger and stronger, or maybe it’s just the smart aspect of the field working lol

What is wav and flac? Does better audio quality mean the field is also more effective?

I don’t think so, Captain can confirm that.

They are audio format, like Mp3, but the audio is less compressed and the sound quality is better.

I personally prefer .wav because the sound is clear and high quality.

This field can be a very powerful solution against procrastination.

Because procrastination is mostly a flight type behavior.
Flight from facing the stuff that needs to be done, even if it is uncomfortable and does not trigger the same amount of dopamine as “comfortable” things.

  • Flight mode = back into the comfort zone, staying in mediocrity
  • Fight mode = facing the situation and being pushed to do what needs to be done
