No culinary prowess here lol but I was just thinking how we can never actually finish a bunch of bananas so I end up chopping them up and freezing them- then having them for dessert sometimes with some whipped cream. It’s my favorite way to eat bananas now. Anybody else?

This is some of the worst channeling with the most dumb arguments I have ever encountered. This is not channelling with “Pleiadians” but with lower astral entities feeding off negative energy from humans.
The “Pleiadians” on this YouTube channel even come with all the typical human names from Greek, Roman and Superman comics mythology

Guys, to me one of the best things there is are plates with a vibrant color and delicious toppings or sauces. Just gets me in the mood of devouring the food! 
This month I tried for the first time a passion fruit curd. If you are a fan of lemon curd you gotta try passion fruit curd as well! Super yummy!
Also I love getting creative with smoothie bowls after a workout. Great to add your favorite protein powder into the mix as well. Currently I‘m a lot into berries and shredded coconut

The friend I’m currently living with is a barista. She’s been trying to teach me to make a delicious oat milk cappuccino. Ultimately, we are dreaming of opening a little Café on wheels with a Japanese theme. (If we manifest that, all Sapien Family members will get a complementary matcha latte or matcha tea first time we meet 
)
