I love cooking…i taught myself mostly, and through cooking shows. I don’t like preparing exactly by recipe, i mostly do it by feeling. As i add variety, i get to know the flavors and how they combine, what tastes great together, etc. I love learning from people who are good at it, yet i prefer to cook alone. AND there’s this curious phenomenon where I’d cook with loads of effort and once i serve it to family, I’m actually not hungry anymore. The delight of cooking i guess?

Without the hotdog sausage it looks very German / Eastern European (because of the semolina (?) Dumplings), but I’ve never seen a soup with a sausage like that
