I used to dream and daydream about this as a kid. Iād keep marking off āimportant partsā because I believed I could use them since I was just āpracticingā right now. This was in the mid-late 80s so I had no concept of checkpoints or anything, just seemed that was the way things were.

From a Higher Self perspective, choosing a body for a physical incarnation is like playing Mortal Combat:
In the end, youāre gonna to play all the available characters so you can make and collect all the possible experiences.
Different bodies ā different challenges, different lessons, different realizations, different opportunities etc.
Since the physical universe is a temporary adventure, and especially the human physical earth one, I would say that the Higher Self does not give a fuck about the continuation of your physical blood line.
In the very same way you donāt give a fuck who will sleep in a hotel room after you have left it and moved on in your journey. Or whether the whole hotel chain continues to exist lol.

Because the jerkings happen even when I use energy healing fields (sometimes) or even when i asked Aliens for help/health (so not only during Exorcism or voodoo Detangled or negativity clearing fields), I am starting to realize that maybe Iāve had some nerve damage or other nervous system issues, and the body reactions can actually indicate a healing of the nerves or/and other things throughout my body, which need healing.
Even when Iām doing chakras work myself, my body has small jerkings (sometimes).
Also, as some friends have said/suggested, it could also indicate certain Blockages being removed.
Anyway, there are many explanations, besides my favorite explanations/possible causes (entities and other related issues).
Iām even gonna try some fields (more often) which are recommended for epilepsy (epileptics have seizures and other bodily problems; jerkings might be somewhat related), like blood Brain Barrier Repair, brain Regeneration or vagus nerve field.

i recommend watching this. Terrance Howardās theories are critiqued and reconciled by Eric Weinstein, a Harvard mathematical physicist. Whatās interesting about Weinstein is his recognition of Terrance Howards genius but also his naivety which is severely holding him back. Notably, Weinstein expressed there is value in Terranceās flower of life and lynchpin stuff. I believe he was open to the concept of the ether, too. This is an interesting discussion that explores how Terranceās spiritually founded theories might have a strong place in science or engineering
