i think some of you will enjoy this though

Hmm. Rivers and steams will be next.

ā€œHere we consider the concept of plant intelligence and some of its predictions for chemical information transfer in plant interaction with other organisms. Within this framework, the flow, perception, integration, and storage of environmental information are considered tunable dials that allow plants to respond adaptively to attacking herbivores while integrating past experiences and environmental cues that are predictive of future conditions. The predictive value of environmental information and the costs of acting on false information are important drivers of the evolution of plant responses to herbivory. We identify integrative priming of defense responses as a mechanism that allows plants to mitigate potential costs associated with acting on false information. The priming mechanisms provide short- and long-term memory that facilitates the integration of environmental cues without imposing significant costs. Finally, we discuss the ecological and evolutionary prediction of the plant intelligence hypothesis.ā€

@El_Capitan_Nemo Iā€™m curious, how long does it take, within a range, to make a field nowadays?

A magician never reveals his secrets :smirk:

Thank you very much for your feedback and explanations.

I had to look up what Leela means.
I was familiar with this concept from the ā€œA Course in Miraclesā€ and the ā€œConversations with Godā€ books.
These books probably took the concept from those ancient Hindu philosophies.
Now I learned a new word for this concept.

Or it could be great like ā€˜Drunk Historyā€™

Wow, I thought he was talking the one-eyed character from Futurama.

I was just thinking about somethingā€¦
If a man dies and doesnā€™t let his seed behind, thatā€™s the end of his line, so, what if a man dies childless?
Then what?

Can his soul take (incarnate using) a similar (or maybe even identical) DNA (in case he truly liked his previous host body DNA) or even a genetic copy of his last incarnation?

Can we unlock such things/options?

That way one can create a legacy Next time lol (just in case).

And the second question: can we access Morphic Fields after we are death?
Or even become a Morphic Creator in the afterlife?

I mean, that would be cool.

Lol, Life is a Continuous Investment. Invest Wisely.

Is this a thing?

Like in a video game, maybeā€¦

Or it can be or become a thing, who knows.

The soul chooses the skin lol.

Assassinsā€™ Creed? Is that where these thoughts come from. Great source, Iā€™m just trying to follow. Never heard this idea.

No. Lol.
More like Crusader Kings IIIā€¦

Anyway, it doesnā€™t matter where, but if itā€™s a possibility.

Also, Iā€™m just interested in unexplored potentiality, I guess.

I think this would make sense if we had ancestral memories, and so each of us was a continuation of our fathers.

Otherwise, the soul and its karma decides on many things. Great genetics in a poor environment may be useless (though that may be the lesson your soul wants to learn).

So yeahā€¦I donā€™t think people reincarnate with certain genes cause they liked them. More for their purpose in that life and past influences.

You can reincarnate into the same life, in theory. And repeat that one endlessly until youā€™re satisfied with it.

I think we can easily understand our souls there (vs with other choices they take), as it isnā€™t a very popular choice.

I follow the Crusader Kings line of thought, Iā€™m just not making the link to reincarnation. Are you wondering what if reincarnation were like these video games and future reincarnations depended on having kids, grandkids, and so forth. I do like that as a thought experiment. It would certainly change a lot of incentive structures, some for better and some for worse. Or is this an idea that you read or heard? Iā€™m just trying to fill in the blanks.

Yep, thatā€™s what I was wondering.

I think Iā€™ve read it somewhere but Iā€™m also quite imaginative.
