If I listen to the Automated Workout System audio, does that eliminate the need to listen to any other workout audios that target specific areas? (Legs, upper body etc)
Also, would listening to the Automated Workout System audio be as effective as listening to every one of those individual workout audios separately?
Do I need Automated Workout System then, or can I remove it from my playlist?

Its certainly been a learning experience.
Originally it was was a polish guy whose family are originally from Israel, very strong beliefs, says that the Torah directs him to slander and put down people who are involved in yoga, energy etc. His words, not mine. (misguided and opinionated )
The unfortunate thing or far sadder fact is, I actually have a lot of polish family and have even worked with a few Mossad Rabbiâs (On a Golem project, not world domination etc)
But there just are always gonna be bad people, its better to focus and help those who want to be helped and the support here far overpowers that.

Ah OK. Thanks for this. How long did it take for his stuff to work? Also the ones on XtremeMind donât have copyright spells do they? And finally can these psionics help to make subliminals work? I get great results with SMâs fields, but subliminals only worked at the start, hence I donât want to pay for SMFâs stuff yet
Xtrememind has a variety of products. The ones here are free and do not have built-in copyright protection:
Psionics is simply an interface for your mind to the deeper realities to bypass the matrix to some degree. I use it for a lot of things, and subliminals can be broadcast directly into you on a deeper level while you listen to them to really amp up the effect⌠or you can broadcast something like ego dissolution while you listen.
As far as time, I have gotten stuff from Xtrememind that didnât really hit me (at least right away), and stuff that hit me right away, but it all works. Like Sapien or anything else, they have different purposes and different types of energy. Something like the Environmental Tower of Light (one of my favorites) you should feel immediately.

No it wonât clear everything.
But if you listen to it right after your subliminal playlist, then the video will delete all the subs, that you listened to in the last 3 hours.
