So does the White light clean ur engery? if so then why is there so many? and which one should i use?

Personally I don’t use the white light audio so I don’t exactly know

No, definitely not. Think about using fields like going to the gym. Short breaks are fine, and can even be helpful, but extended breaks aren’t advised.

Do mandalas work when converted into pdf ? Does the size really not matter?

i dont know how they really work so hard to understand the concept lol would it technically work when screenshotting a mandala and print it blackwhite? Or like super big? I mean does it work as effective or will it be reduced/enhanced?
Background:
I had normally printed mandalas in DIN 4 which was super unhandy so decided to go to the copyshop (thats why pdf i put many mandalas in one pdf file ). I have the feeling they work less but i also heard they need time to integrate in your system? I mean they were the same mandalas so i cant figure out :/

UPDATE
so i felt with pdf prints that sensations got less so i went to the copy shop and printed exclusively original files…BOOM sensations came again. I know sapien has a pdf file with Mandalas but that’s their own work when i converted myself it seemed to lose its effectivity. So in doubt do print the originals !
