Been listening listening for 3 days. Havenāt really experienced any out of the normal shedding. Maybe too early to say? I was kinda hoping it did so i would know itās working haha. Iāve also seen some comments saying some ppl havenāt experienced the abnormal shedding that other people faced.
I think I have been ignoring and at the same time justifying this feeling for long now. So hereās the thing. Every time Iām done listening with a field I always get very anxious, panicked, my eyes act funny as if I see things moving or something, my ears act funny as if Iām hearing stuff and they are buzzing like crazy.
This happens to me like 90% of the time I listen and it doesnāt matter the field category. I get the same feeling with whatever like hair growth or workout or fat burning etc, its crazy.
At first I thought that it was a coincidence but this has been happening for months now and I donāt know what to do because I have a bunch of issues and I need the fields but how am I going to keep listening if even the simplest one makes me feel schizophrenic? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Please donāt tell me about aliens or entities because my soul would leave my body instantly

I almost always put ego dissolution at the beginning of a list and SLR at the end.
The ego one to nullify the egoās goal to stop us from absorbing fields and at the end SLR to dissolve what (like in your case happens a lot of times whether we realize it or not) jumps right after you have accepted something good for you
Ego fights to keep you in the place that you dont like, it feeds from your rejection towards that thing you wanna change through the fields.
Subconscious when noticing new different things are trying to change the patrons start releasing the memory it knows for self preservation (it thinks its protecting you) so it brings to your Conscious mind, things like āyou know you cant change that, you have tried before and failed. Do you want to go through that again? Its not worth itā āwhy are you acting like this, this is not you, you are this and thisā¦ā proceeds to brings up memories of failed attempts or the possible criticism a change might give you from others etc
And then your body starts negatively reacting because it sends signals to the brain again to protect you from ābecoming that thing that is unfamiliarā
By playing SLR at the end, you immediately after your playlist start sending new commands to your subconscious like āits ok, yes this is me now i cant and i want, its all good, everything is fine and will be fine, this is what i wantā etc
So the signals to the body change from āpush that outā to āthis is good, embrace it, integrate itā
The playlists i put those on are the ones that i feel are deep rooted to be changed. Or that i feel it might take long if ever etc

Is anyone else having issues sending NFTās from Phantom? Iāve been trying for a week now to send an NFT to my mother but it wonāt send

It just gets stuck on the sending wheel. Iāve left it on the sending part for over a half an hour and it still doesnāt go through.
I donāt want to leave it like that for too long incase It gets lost somehow. Iāve heard about too many NFTās going missing so I want to be careful with it.
I sent on a different NFT last week and it went through straight away. No luck with this one though.
It wonāt go past this.

Ya Iāve got Solana in my wallet also.
Itās a strange one. Iāll see can I do it on a laptop tonight, I havenāt a clue what my password/phrases thingys are though to go on to a laptop to try it. I think there was a load of words to remember at the beginning of making the Phantom account but god only knows what I did with them.

Phantom requires you to have a minimum of 0.05 SOL (not 0.05 USD)
Even if the network fee is very small and you have enough to cover, you gotta have 0.05 in SOL.
This happened to me i thought i had enough because i had 0.06 but if you look below it says $0.06 and under 0.00286 SOL so i had to get more SOL and then the transaction went through
If its not that then it could be that you dont have the apps latest version so update it
If its not that, it could be network connection, so try at a different time. What ive noticed, its that it gets busier between 12 and 2pm and 5 to 7ish pm (West side of the World)

Does this mean I donāt have enough Solana so? Iām clueless when it comes to this crypto stuff.
