General Discussion

There is always time, you can do push ups everywhere and anytime (or squats)

Can these two exercises help you walk up the stairs without getting out of breath and increase your physical strength?

Yes of course, by performing the exercises you will have better cardiovascular health, pushing and leg strength. And if you want/can add pull ups for pull strength.

Thanks, but I’m looking for something related to increasing physical strength/stamina

Auto workouts are enough. As you don’t exercise much, twice daily 2xUpper and 2xLower each is something to run for noticing a change.

I found the audio for upper but not the audio for lower. What is the keyword?

Last year, the serotonin theory of depression died an inglorious death. Maybe the whole edifice of psychotherapy is in danger of collapse.

Far fetched, that pendulum has too many adherents.

We could use a century of positive psychology.

Shamans already had the solution, Jung tried to modernise it. The thought form is now like a giant energy vampire sucking the life out of many.

The results of the PTSD treatments: enervation, increased depression, and greater despair. These poor souls need a blessing. Mostly, they need a reconnection to a society that is welcoming, not one that is becoming increasingly atomized.

If I’m constantly using Ojas Field I find having way more social interactions, with people stopping me to have random chats.
