Does it matter if we use microcosmic orbit or transmutation and microcosmic before or after Pranic Swirls or mana circuits (or other similar ones)?

Usually transmutation/microcosmic orbit is played after jing chi shen pranic swirls etc.
Maybe even after mana circuits.
