I use Frankincense at least 3 times a week in my diffuser and love it, specially before meditating…

Why do the scent audios not work for me?
Probably just a little harder to pick up on the smell than it’s actual effects.

Hell yeah man.
I reckon if you play it for eight hours you’d maybe get a little nauseous… but that’s all. Just put it off by then lol.
I just did today and I woke up with an extra smooth skin … but that wasn’t all
