Here is the answer
It’s not that the field/sub doesn’t work without visualisation but the fact that growth plates are closed and sometimes other conditions make it harder for a human to grow.
It’s a slow process, sometimes very slow so sometimes it’s hard to track if there are really any changes. But it doesn’t mean that the field/sub doesn’t work
