If you have some extra time, joining a team sport or other team building exercise where men and women both participate might be helpful.
Because a guy can be hot just standing there, but will he be so hot when he won’t help you in ways you need him to in a relationship?
So, see if in a team kind of atmosphere, you find the men who are more helpful and considerate of you more attractive. You might-
Because yes, the sexual attraction part is there in a relationship, but as time goes on, it’s the willingness to work together part that becomes foundational. If you don’t have that, no one is hot anymore

Isn’t this a good thing, if you both have anxiety won’t you be pushing to better yourself and overcome your challenges?
Say if someone is really extroverted and pretty much gives 0 f*cks, wouldn’t that be quite hard to keep up with their vibe
