Also thank you for reminding this thread exists. I am having an awful pain in my left shoulder since I went bouldering the last time even though I feel like I stretched enough. Worst thing is that I was so happy to go climbing after 2 weeks of being ill. Listening to the shoulder field and doing stretches.
