Dear friends, I didn’t even know this topic existed, and I’m very happy to have found it. I would be very grateful if I could ask for some healing energy. I’ve caught a cold that just won’t go away, even with all the medication. My fever won’t go down, my sinuses are blocked, and the worst part is the headache, which is strong and constant, so I can’t even sleep to get some rest. I would really appreciate your help.

I chocked with/on some food…
I can breathe a little bit better atm, I tried drinking Cola, in order to help my digestion and I pushed strongly in my navel area, to help me get food out…
Pls send me some healing energy and some help, to completely unblock my airways and remove food particles from my throat…
When I catch a cold or something, food particles are getting stuck.
I used to have candida years ago…

I was watching a travel vlog, wasn’t having any huge incident, negativity, awful intrusion thoughts, nor stress or anything like that, maybe a slight feeling of being annoyed or not in the mood for anything…
The one constant thing when this happened throughout the years was a cold or something, sore throat, and in the past, candida, diagnosed, although not present since a few years ago.
If you’re thinking that it’s a certain thought or there are certain patterns, it’s possible, Idk…
But I don’t know for sure.
As for my psyche/mind, overall, I’m doing quite good.
Anyway, there are many potential culprits, from viruses, to some Fungi, to other potential issues…

I thank you in advance for the help you could give me to send your healing energies to my niece so that she can recover and heal soon from an operation to the lymph nodes in her neck.
She had an operation a month and a half ago and so far it is still swollen which worries her a lot.
