One thing u might try is to get a glycerin pediatric suppository (used for people) and whittle off a bit and insert it, then try to keep him from pushing it out. It will be difficult to do this, (to get him to hold it in until it melts) but worth a shot I think.

BTW his anal glands are OK according to the vet?

@Alice11 i gave him the charger water, he seems to be okay but no pooping.

@SilverZuzu his body is okay as per the vet report, it’s just that he is one of those kittens who just is very complicated. Thank you.

@Nice2knowU still not able to poop

I even called any vet vouchers or any organizations willing to temporarily help me out but they all denied me.

He has been able to poop the last time I commented. Thank you everyone.

Since the last time I commented, I was upset at Lord Shiva for not helping me despite pleading but as I did my sadhana and did mantra Yoga He managed to calm me down and detach from the outcome. I felt a warm presence over my head like I was watched over… and the next day he pooped.

Sometimes what we need the most is a reframing of the mind and to just surrender the outcome to the Divine. Thank you everyone for also sending healing. Made me feel better to see him doing good!
