Cold sweats is under control under blankets
I sat up cuz I wanted to burp n was met with it lol
So it’s in recession
Also saw just how sensitive my stomach was when I did
Doing gooder if you ask me!
Was telling myself “that cold is just an illusion!” earlier lol

Btw by massaging my organs, it was more so touching them, I massaged more so my muscles
My face is tense and tired
Cuz when I was doing these releases
My face would clench automatically
And I would feel out whatever happened in the past
Maybe past life, maybe this life
But my face would unconsciously fill whatever expression the memories consisted of
And my chin and jaw got sore the next day

I woke up like 10 min ago, no nausea
Glugged some water and no problem!
I think now is just after math dealing like healing my throat from stomach acid burns
I didn’t drink water to clear it after the last time vomiting cuz I preferred to sleep instead of having water inducing nausea
Now I feel my whole throat is irritated to cough

I get you, as I do get sick like that more often…at some point you’re done with the water and just want to sleep when possible.
The throat also gets “needle” pains when there are intestinal/diaphragm issues. I don’t see the connection, but inflammation does those things.
So, once the stomach heals fully the throat will be fine in no time.
I don’t really have a solution for it. I just ask Tripura Sundari when it happens. It’s the only thing that accelerates the healing of mouth issues for me (I don’t really have throat issues…once I’m empty inside there are no more pains).
