What I am doing:
Vagus nerve stimulation.
Grounding.
Anything to feel good/have a positive outlook ;)
Astrological fields.
Microcosmic.
Acupressure.
Five elements balanced.
Block removal.
Mana circuits.
Why:
Calm the nervous system cause anxiety going wild.
Make energy circulate so it doesn’t get stuck in my head.
Ground for same reason.
Have a positive outlook cause I need to function and not be all in my emotions all day, and specifically going over everything that gives me anxiety, etc.
Feel free to try to navigate it to do shadow work.
I’m not using any fields but mindfulness meditation is wild.
Maybe daily cord cutting and shields (like empathic shielding) too, cause people will be projecting.
