I decided with your suggestions to change certain physical energies for others and I kept some. Currently I have this:

• Ascension (vibration riser ) and Magic Pendant: Compared to JAAJ recommendations. By rereading the discussions on the Ascension pendant I saw a message from JAAJ which explained that having the Magic pendant brings an advantage with the ascension pendant in relation to energy work.

• Chakras stimulation pendant "compared to the recommendations of SoulStar33 on the work of the chakras

• Schumann Resonance pendant in case my body is overloaded

• Cognitive Enhancement Pendant to help my brain be reprogrammed with the energies that act on the brain. SL3, audios from the mind program series, alchemical revision, Mental Health.
  I withdrew energies to develop psychic abilities so as not to overload my brain and prioritized subconscious reprogramming.

• Best life path to help me as much as possible to make the right decisions

• Energy unlimited to have extra energy during the day

I will play the unconditional love audio in the room where I primarily live.

I will listen daily Malleable Ego daily .

Regarding physical healing audios and pendants I will be careful not to overload my body. I will take breaks.

If I have negative thoughts or emotions at times I will use the recommended fields of JAAJ and others like Mental Health, emotion release, The Internal Alchemical Crucible.

From time to time with a peaceful and calm mind I will look at the images of the Rosechalice tarot. I put the image of the child on the horse with the Sun as wallpaper.

This image speaks to me a lot. A few days ago I regularly imagined myself with the dog I adopted going on adventures and hiking with her, stopping at a food truck to eat a meal ,traveling by car with her to the island where I am .
I consider her a spiritual companion

I got up around 6 a.m. quietly with positive thoughts. I had a few mirror hours.

so far (past 5:00 p.m.) I feel good in my thoughts and my kidneys hurt less. I took a little nap around noon listening to Moldavite while having the ascension pendant with me lol.

I got back in touch with friends to get some news. I also imbued a keychain with the blessed path energy for a friend who contacted me. Since I transmitted the energy to her, she has felt these thoughts.

By looking at the date of birth of some of my friends and doing a simulation on a site to find out the life path I discovered that 2 have the same life path as me, that is to say the "1 ". They also have health problems. I have a very strong bond with them.

This morning on my way to town I met a fruit and vegetable seller who sold me a breadfruit and offered me a second

We talked, he is very friendly and cool. when I return to the city center and see it again I will buy fruit and vegetables to support the local sale.

It feels good to see the sun shining in me after the storm .

Nowadays I eat sweets like once a week or even less, but then I indulge and i eat like a madman.

I just ate some sweets and Idk why I feel like hell, I feel sick, even my head hurts and I feel terrible.
Now I will quit them for real.

I don’t know if there’s more there, but it seems I had been overindulging in fields Hours after I remembered my discipline and reduced to a reasonable level of energetic load… ooh look at that, no more feeling like someone’s trenching horizontally above my shoulder blades
