I’ve been struggling with social anxiety for quite some time as well. Currently i’m using:
Ego Dissolution + Easy Ego Dissolution Meditation for Deconditioning the Mind
Remove unconscious clutter
Inner self support (patreon)
Recently added Alchemical revision of inner self love
I’ve used this stack for a week and noticed a decrease in my social anxiety and anxiety overall by around 20% ~ 25%.
So my recommendation would be to start working on your limiting beliefs using Ego Dissolution meditation first (6-7 days) and then add other fields accordingly.
