As far a your above playlist goes,
I know you’re desperate for relief,
but please, for your own sake,
don’t use everything that pops up on YouTube from unknown creators (I don’t know if those are trusted or not).
For creators other than Sapien, please check the Discussion on similar channels thread first and see what people with more experience have to say, if anything, about X creator. The reason being that if X can do something that your don’t understand to your body or mind… Use the knowledge of other people who have checked them out, so that you don’t come back here with a new problem :) Not to scare you, but so that your are safe, and also, if you’re going to use morphic fields and such, it’s better that your practice discernment :)

Also, give the fields a couple of days to work their magic. Some might work immediately, some might take a bit. What you’re describing is a problem that took a while to form, and the healing mechanism could be a bit more complex than immediately seeing something vanish.

Also, once you have your short and effective playlist, continue using it for at least 3 months. Hemmorhoids are known to not be a temporary problem. Even if the swelling goes does go down, ideally you would get to the point of completely healing them and that they don’t flare up again — and you do want to collaborate with your doctor there.

Also, after you have your playlist and can use it regularly and easily, you will want to tackle the root cause — and anxiety does seem like an important co-factor, speaking from experience.
You must change your habits and root causes for this to work properly, you don’t want to ‘take medicine’ in whatever form, even fields, for your while life for this, if possible. That means changing your habits, resolving the emotional cause, and whatever the doctor might also advise. And yes, it is entirely possible that your issue gets resolved :)

Keep your playlist short, sweet, and effective.
There is a thread called ‘How to create great stacks’, which advises on how to optimize for better results, which should also help a bit with the quality of your wellbeing and emotional health — AFTER your decide and start using your short and sweet playlist.
Too much can be too much for your system — if you were taking medication for a problem, you wouldn’t go around taking everything in way too high doses, would you?

I looped this for days previously but didn’t really help much. The key is not to get constipation/ hard stools in the first place by consuming enough water & fibre.

I take psyllium husk capsules daily with loads of water, so far so good, haven’t gotten a relapse.

The thing is that all these help, including the field; without the field, I had bloody stools, even with precautions and I used to heal far slower without the hemorhoids field (I used a product, a gel, not anymore), while nowadays, for a year already, I barely saw blood like 5-10 times in an entire year, and only small quantity lost, it used to be so bad…

So, everything which helps is welcomed, in my view.

Same issue. Also couldn’t eat just about anything. Still using laxatives, but pain caused by them went way down since I introduced (recently) what I mentioned above. Also started needing less laxatives. I’d say the effects started to kick in after a few days, if not immediately (don’t remember).
