We definitely need a field/fields covering all types of hernia.

Also, In the meantime, Abdominal Wall Restoration seems to be Very Strong, but Idk if it covers all types of hernia (?).

You can even loop it, although not for hours, I guess.

You can try 2-3 times in the morning and let’s say other 2 times before bed.

That wouldn’t be too much or well, it shouldn’t.

Anyway, listen to your body.
