Does anyone know about hourglass syndrome?
Hourglass syndrome is also called stomach gripping, in which a person constantly keeps the stomach pulled inward.
The abdomen is held tightly sucked in, which leads to many problems.
Because of this, the pelvis also gets pulled inward automatically, which can cause libido issues as well.
I feel that most of my problems are happening because of this. Because is used to suck my stomach inward in my teens till now.
I also cannot breathe properly.
Does anyone know about this condition, and can someone suggest a field for it which can heal and cure this issue ?
knew only hourglass figures till now, learnt something new, your best bet is to find a therapist or really good yoga instructor who knows body anatomy very well and do the correct postures to move the organs inside properly.
I have gone to some but it didn’t give me the cure just the relief.
then those are not good enough, people have cured debilitating motor conditions and even worse with yoga, you need to find someone better or make a trip to India if it is impacting your life seriously.

I understand what you’re saying, but the issue is that keeping a muscle stiff and tight all the time causes that muscle to become shortened.

Core strengthening i tried too many times.
always it’s worsen my situation by contracting my abdominal muscles…
and belly pranayama doesn’t cure or correct anything besides little bit relaxation.

I think my stomach sucked in habit also tightens my Pelvis which giving me legs problem.
My legs feels heavy and numb also some time trembles alot while standing.
I cannot stand on one place for more than a minute or they will start trembling.
I do not have any illness but this issue makes me crazy…

Think of habits: if you do something long enough, the action becomes practically second nature since habits are controlled by the subconscious.
So in your situation, if you have muscles under tension for a long enough time, doing the actions you are referring to, they become habits of the body subconsciously. What you are seeing is the effects of said habits that seem to be tension based vs relaxation based.
So fields with an emphasis on relaxation, be it recovery, massage, or straight up relaxation, if the affected region is influenced by the field, if done long enough you might start seeing the effects of recovery. It might take awhile though for things to be noticed if this has been going on for as long as you are saying. So consistency would be key in your situation.
