Hello guys. I would like to know how to study better. This is not from an intelligence perspective but an (endurance?) one. FYI I study medicine and it requires you to learn vast amounts of information in a short period of time, FAST. Whenever I study, it takes me a long time to read and process the information and actually retain it. I believe this is related to my boredom/interest levels or reluctance to study it because, right before exams when I really need to know something, my energy levels go up and Iām able to learn vast amounts of information in a very short amount of time. But usually, the sheer amount of time it takes me to get through a lousy page makes the task extremely tedious and makes me procrastinate. Iāve been using the productivity mandala for a few days but havenāt noticed any results from it.
Just listened to superhuman genius. 15 seconds into the audio, I felt this rush of energy inside my brain (I can still feel it now). It feels like having fresh cold water poured over you (like a cold shower). My focus, absorption power and speed have all increased. Wow! Not even the productivity mandala helped like this.
If only the physical fields could work this wayā¦
I have nothing comparable to your situation, Iām not a student anymore (at least not officially lol) but I work in a setting in which I have to listen to people carefully (individual and/or group therapies) and retain a maximum of information, without taking notes like a frenzy (it doesnāt look very cool for the person in front of youā¦).
I also have to remember quickly past sessions, symptoms, etc. All the blabla.
What I use specifically for this is:
Enpp6Enzyme (special thanks to @anon17734191), twice a day
PermanentBrainEnhancement, once or twice a day
BrainRegeneration, once or twice a day
GPDL1Booster, twice (in a row) a week
EnhancedBrainHemisphereConnectivity, here and there
I pay attention to what I eat too, add stuff like fish oil, etc.
Probably not the best regime or discipline, but I feel comfortable.
Hypersleep, ADHD before the sesh. Soul restoration audios and Hakuin after seshs. Learn to pace yourself, strategise and time multiple power naps. Thereās no replacement for good study technique, consistency and accountability with some peers.
Optimise your sleep - get some Deep Sleep audio (Melatonin) in before sleep.
Recovery strategy (suggested by someone on the forum if you burnout or overuse audios, havenāt tested it myself yet): Autism & Dementia audios.
Also, from advice of people here, get the Confidence and Luck mandala, charge up an item and hold it with you as you work. I also play Probability and Luck - huge role in help.
PS. Curious, why are there so many med people here? Iām just finished final year, btw. And I aced my practical and written exams.
Woah didnāt know that. Hmm I wonder if the āhitting rock bottomā because of the stress induced by medicine is often a catalyst for finding your spiritual sideā¦
You areā¦ inimitable :))) I thank SM team every morning and every night, thatās another story. But your posts have helped me much while trying to select a āconcise brain stackā ;)
