You should boss up all the psychic skills, when you can program and do a lot of crazy stuff
 you read books about it, talk to your boss friends then you meditate on the place and instead of just astral travelling you bring your whole body with you
 then you hold it as long as you need to or you’ll come back :man_shrugging:

The theory is pretty easy and I suspect that once you truly have the level to do it, you’ll intuitively know how.

It’s not really something you explain with words, because once you understand and experience the energy of it you’re just one step away
 it would be like explaining colors to the blind

Haha I don’t have any knowledge of it. What I was wanting to say was that at our stage where we’re just becoming familiar with the spiritual path, experimenting with something as complicated as timelines without a teacher could be dangerous.

It’s simply the concept of your desired outcome. Cuz you see whatever crossed your mind already exists. At an alternate reality or a different timeline. But you just need to know how to grab that outcome
the closest experience you get get of this is called deja-vu
it’s something that you feel like it happened but actually it doesn’t in your current timeline or reality. But in a different one lol but it feels so real as if you’ve done it or happened to you

because he was talking about the “no covid ever happened” type of reality changing, not manifestation/changing your circumstanes, getting better opportunities type of “reality changing” AKA manifestation.

They call it dimension jumping/shifting for whatever reason, it’s a bit more like magic.
You can combine it with the magician audio.
Actually now that that idea came to me, i think i’ll do exactly that :smiley:
it won’t “change” your timeline e.g. it will not put you in a world where germany won the 2nd world war, but it is a powerful method to help direct focus and the whole ritual is quite symbolic which your subconscious understands.

But conceptual thinking + integrating with the I are much better ways
 the cups is like a ritual for the lazy/curious :D

At some point I have had experiences with the astral, I know what it feels like to be there, it is an inexplicable experience but I felt like being reborn in another dimension, an uncomfortable feeling, but I could not see anything, beyond my body to shine, to see my arms and my legs, just that, then I came back because there was someone with skulls on their waist like a strap, it’s next to my bed, and I definitely decided to go back lol.

I’ve used some of these teachings to great success. Maybe somebody could learn a thing or two from them. Just be careful
and cautious. If you want some of these things to work, you have to practice. Perseverance is the magick of success as they say.
