How to dissolve a heart wall

I have trouble to sense my inner self. After a bunch of meditations, along with energy awakening course, i think I have a heart wall.

May I ask for what tracks or method I should do to dissolve the wall, so that I can sense my inner self? Currently…i am blind inside.

I have many thoughts, involunteerly, so I have trouble to focus during meditation.

Also how would you increase your vibration quickly? Thank you!

You can do that by closing your eyes and simply breathing into your heart area for a few moments. If you want, you can bring up images of things that delight you and inspire love.
This is the quickest and most effective way I know.

Definitely the chakra series, esp. Heart and throat chakra .

I also feel like listening to the heart restoration audio on youtube helps for some reason , at least it brings some bad emotions up for me .

I find there needs to be an active component for me regarding this. Intentionally during meditation find an issue that hurts you, shouldn’t be to difficult :relieved: at least it isn’t for me. Be with the situation, story, person for a while and feel the feels, as fully as possible. When you feel the contraction in your heart, gently lean in as much as possible, gently start to surrender. This requires a softness, especially down the central channel. The willingness to lean in heart first over time, will start to bring down the heart wall… in my experience :green_heart:

Shhhhhh :sunglasses:

Mantra recitation is an excellent way to focus a scattered mind during meditation.
Try the Mani-mantra. It is a powerful way to open the heart.

Thank you. My trouble is that i cannot focus, and a lot of times, the image that shows up are more like…what to eat, what to do…nothing like a trauma that i am looking for.

Thanks for the tips though!

Don’t know…the soul series. They did not bring any trauma memories up…or…i may have just missed it when my mind is full of random thoughts.

YEs, i chant mantra, mainly Om Mani Padme Hum or Shurangama Mantra.

Once i stopped chanting, the thoughts came back…

When i did the course i felt like a whole of blockages had been released/worked on /healed it was a hell of a ride however tho the second and last part of the course worked on my heart i was left feeling the same, like yah it worked some but i knew the wall thinner now tho was still there for the most part and its when i knew that lot more work needed to be done, remember the course its not just a one time job, it allow us to release a lot but also give us clarity on what stuff we need to keep working on, so i ran a second session of the whole course then did 2 more of the 2nd and 3rd part along with the heart chakra audio and woiii it finally cracked open that stubborn jaded heart i had  it wasnt pretty at all but thats why we are here doing all of this right? We got this :muscle::blush:

Om’s suggestion i think is great!!! You should try that one before my suggestion and see how it feels  and let us know.

All the best and keep going remember healing is for the braves, and healing the heart is tough but so so rewarding.

Oh if you like chanting try Daimoku :smirk:
‘Nam Myoho Renge Kyo’ a looot tho. I mean you feel good from the first x 108 but to eradicate deep rooted ‘anything’ actually you need to 108 x 10 every day and more if you can.

I actually started doing it again this week to give the process a fast kick ha! Funny you mentionèd chanting . It is magical every time after 3rd day or so.

Why are you looking for a trauma?

There is a Tibetan Mantra that is very good at dispelling negativity.

Hung Vajra Peh

A mala can be done in a couple of minutes, and will leave a deep silence behind. Very good.
The “j” in “vajra” is hard. A bit like “dg” in “ledger”

Three things that you need to sort out your focus …
A candle :candle: a lighter and 5 minutes of your time :timer_clock:

How to do a Candle Gazing Meditation

Choose a quiet and darkened space where you will not be disturbed. Dim light is best for candle gazing, so close the curtains if it’s day. Remove distractions like phones or turn them off.

Make sure you’re wearing comfortable clothing and the room is a comfortable temperature. If it’s chilly, a blanket or shawl can help you stay warm as you sit.

Sit on a chair, the floor, or a cushion, so the candle flame is at eye level and about 2 feet away. How you sit is up to you–choose a comfortable position. Just make sure you’re sitting up straight and can remain completely still while meditating.

Stare at the candle and allow it to be the main focus of your mind. Hold your eyes steady even if you feel distracted or bored. Your eyes may begin to water, but hold steady and the sensation will pass. If you blink or get distracted, just return your attention to the flame.

As you gaze at the candle, breath. Focus on the sensation of the light flowing into you with each inhalation. As time passes, the room around you will fade until your only awareness is the flame.

When your meditation is done, lay down and close your eyes for five minutes. This will allow your mind and body to come back to full awareness before you continue your day.

Ramana Maharshi talks of “Hridaya Granthi” - The Knot in the Heart. When this knot is pierced and dissolved, that starts the first stage of Non-duality, where the non-experience-experience is flavored by Unconditional Love (which later also gets transcended as one refines the non-dual “knowing”).

Above and below every Chakra, there are two knots, energetic in nature, which are more like psychic apertures that restrict the smooth ascent of the Kundalini-energy - you can literally feel the friction once you experience such an awakening. The ones related to the heart are emotional ones related to love, kindness, and compassion.

For each of the different knots and chakra pair, there are different methods to ensure smooth energy flow - Jnana (knowledge/self-inquiry), Bhakti (love and devotion), Karma (service), Kriya (activity like breathing, meditation), etc. For the Heart, it is Bhakti - love, devotion, and compassion. To dissolve the constraints of the heart, Bhakti Yoga or the Yoga of Love and Devotion works very well. This love can be an overwhelming sense of love and devotion towards a higher vibrational entity such as deity/guru/god/gods; or toward other fellow human beings or animals or even a selfless cause.

Loving Kindness Meditation is a great tool to dissolve the knot of the heart as it triggers certain alchemical pathways that are otherwise hard to activate.

My goodness, this is almost creepy! Just what I’m writing about in the Echoes of the past thread, simultaneously as you.
Well there are no coincidences, I know, but still.
Beautiful experience!
