With audios, I can listen as much as I want and feel not tired but let’s say I have two mandala and one pendant, causes me lot of headache. I know the answer is to limit or put one of them away but I want it beside me all day :(, especially the pendant that I have.
for me, Pendant of the Magi has increased my energy tolerance in order to listen to more/wear more pendants/nfts
since it’s not available anymore, The Tower of Power NFT might be a good option
I say “alleged” there–not to cast shade over Dream’s good work; not at all. I say “alleged” there because your tiredness and your headaches are your indicator that your current use of your mandalas and pendants are–for this moment in time–getting in the way of the speed of your results.
You’re essentially wanting to “flog the horse” of your energetic system. And as you know from actual horses, that might work for a little while. But very quickly, it’s counterproductive, and if you keep it up, the horse becomes damaged.
I haven’t seen this said in a while, so let me remind you that, when it comes to fields, less really is more.
Listen to your indicators. They’re telling you, “Don’t throw more fields at us. We’re having trouble handling it.” Instead, build up your energetic systems. What are you doing on that front?
At the very least, you want to be drinking LOTS of water, sleeping and eating well, getting plenty of rest and meditating. On top of that you can be doing the Ultimate Reiki - Star Exercise Meditation, as well.
Ok thank you, the problem is these 3 items are very important to my development :(. I will try to decide which one to take off for now until I can gradually build my body to accept more energy. I will try to eat more.
Even if Star Exercise isn’t your thing, practices such as yoga, qigong or any other mindful activities can help immensely - it doesn’t have to be an advanced level either.

And what @anon54810175 said - if you meditate and strengthen your energy body (meditation, yoga, qigong, star exercise, etc.) - you will be able to handle more fields.
Also, this comes to prioritization till then - what really are my TOP priorities? We are all guilty of wanting everything at the same time, but initially, just pick two topics - one physical (weight loss, healing, muscles) and one non-physical (luck, wealth, mental health, etc.). The thing to note is that stressing your energy body beyond what it can handle not only means slower results, but also means impairing your energetic health which can cause various physical and emotional issues.
Thanks for the list, and I realized I have so many physical stacks and mental stacks. If you saw my stack you would faint lol. I will use one physical field that is on my priority list thanks.
Take it easy in the beginning, start with say 5-min without straining your arms and slowly you will begin to hold the posture longer without much strain
