So…I thought I wouldn’t grow much anymore because I am 18 years old I was 180cm tall. I used the fields in my screenshot. I tried to stick to them regular. I didn’t notice that I became taller til I met my brother again after 3 ½ months. He was 184cm and no we both had the same height. He is a medicine student (last semester) and was confused why I grew that much. It was pretty funny and yeah that’s my result

Makes sense since dht and hormone regulation result in lower estrogen
And estrogen causes growth plate fusion

Keep in mind one person could even grow until he/she is 21.
The thing is growing after you are 21 and you growth plates close.
