Developing heart chakra will help with realationships as far as I know, but its not power over others, more like power with others.
Seeking power over others may break you, because when you focus your power outside, you have little to none power left to focus inside.
You are seeking to control others with your mind and energy, are you in control of your own mind and energy?

That’s secondary if i have control or power overmyself.i have experimented these things what I have written yes I do have a power over them.i am not saying fully.but through love.most women these days don’t feel that deserved and desired.if you are burning with love they also sense this and they start loving you too.if a women truly loves you they can get words end to be with you.thats the power.developed heart chakra emit frequency that converts into love.that is very contagious.and you become much more attractive.please have a open mind

It’s a good thing for everybody to develop the heart chakra.
The whole existence/life experience is all about love in the end.
Most humans are afraid of love in some aspect, I beleive.
Also, as much as a developed heart chakra is appealing to many, the opposite is also true. Humans who can’t meet up to that level will feel intimidated because of fear, so…
A well developed heart chakra is not really interessted in power over others, seducing and such. A well developed heart chakra is not interrested in picking low hanging fruit, so to speak. It is boring, and an act of low self worth.
I think you are confusing love with seduction.
You need to work more on developing your heart chakra if you want to transcend this.
Don Juan (a fictional character), Casanova and 3rd Duke of Richelieu, are considered seducers, players. And they can only attract like hearted women. Today we would probably call them sex addicts.
Not true. If you keep working on developing your heart chakra you will se how wrong this statement is. In many layers. 
At best you may have discovered a way of attracting like hearted women, on the same vibrational level as you. But it seems to me you have a bit longer journey on your way to a developed heart chakra.

I think it’s great that you express your opinion… but to say that love is a weapon to conquer any woman shows that you know little about love. In fact, you even defend that desire and the heart chakra are connected… when I assure you (as a woman) they are not. Having sex is much easier than having your heart chakra “intensely” activated. And it’s been proven that scumbags and even psychopaths can be highly attractive and IN NO WAY whatsoever that has to do with the heart chakra or love.

I like it when people make blanket statements like “opposite sex” - “woman/man” … and there is an alignment component to that which is true, since your biology determines the basic parameters of your template, but it’s not as simple as that …
The subtle bodies have a specific anatomy which you can research … magneticism (what you are looking for) is a force which should be more thoroughly understood … you can always waste life force crystalizing something rather unambitious of course.

Well, nothing wrong with a DNotS … essentially, unbalanced expansion of the heart chakra will heighten your interaction with the astral, a layer of veils and many illusions … which is why the NA people are so obsessed with “love” (which is unlike True Divine Love, which is pure, non-invasive, and devoid of attachment)

Developing Heart Chakra has great benefits ofc, even including becoming more attractive to some ppl. But also, it can help develop your character, so I would suggest you focus more on that.
“Winning over women” is pointless if u cannot be truly interested in someone for who they are, respecting them as they are and truly connecting with them.
PS: Tbh, I was even puzzled that someone tried to integrate that kind of thinking into some “secret” project.

I guess I found this thread interesting because it was a window to delve into the difference between expansion and evolution… expansion just amplifies the energy going into your current chakric template, evolution adjusts and refines the template itself.
A lot of people debate about whether one should actually try to evolve their chakras given that it adjusts the initial expression of their soul, stating that it affects one’s “karma”.
I have no stance on this either way, but, I find the subject interesting.

This lol, but I sort of understand what OP means, they just worded it badly, but yes, if a heart chakra is well developed, you open yourself up to revenues of love.
Just my personal opinion, but we shouldn’t approach developing our heart chakra so we can seduce other men/women, otherwise are we just being spiritual or diving into esoteric practices just for the sake of ruling over one another?

I think that when we develop our heart chakra, with all layers and all kinds of love, we simply lose intererrest in seduction, power over other people etc.
Looking at a group of people, thinking they are all the same, is not what the heart chakra is about. The heart wants the real deal.
I sort of understand what OP means too, remember that outlook in myself in my younger years. 
But going through several heart chakra openings, in my experience, it just falls away. Whether we want it or not. Seduction is no longer a thing.
Just my 2 cents at this time in my life.

The Heart Chakra thing is not really a secret. Its effects are literally described in almost every book on chakras and energy work. People just need to read more books instead of watching Netflix. Most things that people think are “secret” are actually common and widespread knowledge. Stuff like Heart Chakra manipulation is not even limited to esoteric circles, sales people and similar folks across the whole world use it on a daily basis. All of this stuff can be found on YouTube with a simple search.

I appreciate the intention bro, and in my opinion you are somewhat right but that is not the secret of attraction, what you describe is just one method of many, one that involves a lot of effort for most people, there are others ways even easier and of greater or lesser effectiveness.
What I find strange is that you declare it as the secret of female attraction when it is something that works for both sexes, a woman can also attract men with that method. Another thing, perhaps by power you mean influence, which is different. Anyway, I don’t want to add too much, on the path of learning it is not good to accept anything as definitive, what you believe now to be the truth in a few years might not be, of course if you are open to continue learning. And when you discover another secret be careful who you share it with, secrets are secrets for a reason.
