Just purchased this Gem a few days back and the first thing I noticed was that my sleep became a LOT better and I am able to Recall a lot of My Dreams.

I have a history of empathic sensitivity to emotions and energies and I have experienced disturbed REM Sleep patterns for most of my life.

Also many times I have observed that I was dreaming just before I woke Up and I used to feel immense headache and heaviness in most cases whenever I woke up like this from my dream But After using this field my Headaches have literally disappeared and my Sleep has become a lot more peaceful and Deep.

My immense gratitude to Captain and @anon83343177 for this Wonderful product.

Iā€™m noticing the better quality of sleep myself, as the body settles into more security and a recovered state. Not to mention, the inner stability, grounding, and ā€œfirmnessā€ of energy body that comes with it.

You are also extending these abilities via the shielding extension to the 12 bodies ā€” these are the parts that travel (astral) and so, by protecting and healing them, you also get more access to what they ventured into during your sleep.

My own immense gratitude remains to the Captain for creating this as well.

I have become dependent on this field now ā€¦ if I donā€™t listen to it I have depressing days (which I was having before I got this field) and on listening to this my mind gets distracted away from depressive thoughts and focussed into goals. My life circumstances didnā€™t change at all but my focus changed. I listen to it every morning for an hour and then every evening for another hour. So the effects of this one hour session lasts for me for about 12 hours and if say I skip my evening play then next morning I wake up depressed as before.

I am hoping over time this becomes permanent and I donā€™t have to play it this much but for now I am happy with the results. Investing two hours in this is better than wasting whole day feeling crappy.

And @anon83343177 ā€¦ not sure if that is what you meant but I too have noticed that during days when I am playing this field I remember my dreams much moreā€¦ I donā€™t know if I am dreaming more or just remembering those more lol ā€¦ but ya I noticed something similar to what you mentioned.

Yesterday morning I forgot to listen to the field since I had a busy day. Till afternoon I was fine but by then I lost all energy and was so low in energy that I could barely get out of bed. I also had body aches. The remaining half of the day I was just in bed trying to gather back energy but it didnā€™t help much. I forgot to listen to the field at evening also probably because I was dull and then slept at nightā€¦ woke up in the morning still feeling lack of energy, body aches and then my thoughts also got focussed onto the same pattern of negativity about issues and then I suddenly remembered that I skipped the field. Just now listened to it for an hour and will report on how today went.

But I am wondering, what if someday I miss this field ā€¦ what is this extreme low energy dip that I got into? Probably @anon83343177 can explain or is it unrelated ?

you can ask one of your servitors to learn the field and to infuse you with the energies 24/7

this way you will have a consistent amount of protection, shielding etc

this is how i understood what can be done if itā€™s an audio field without mandala

It helps me with a similar issue (anxiety and overwhelm when in public), but I am using it together with other, more external, shields as well.

Personally I like using this before a stack because it makes my energy body and whole system kinda unified and compact, no leaks and a feeling of firmness which I feel helps fields be absorbed better

In my experience yes and no, yes because like I previously said it gives your energy a more uniform flow, things flow where they should, like the energy from a field becomes kind of distributed throughout your body when using this after any field, at least thatā€™s how it feels for me. And I wanna say the only reason it wouldnā€™t help is if youā€™re very very overwhelmed to the point where youā€™re heating up and the only thing you should do at that point is maybe cleanse your aura and ground physically and automated, and also a possible adjustment period to the restructuring of your energy, I remember it felt that way when I first started using this.

But if you donā€™t wanna risk it too much you can use it for a couple min to start off instead of the whole thing

The music alone is sublime and listening to the field feels very calming.

I have played this audio daily for a few weeks and I have remained perfectly serene in spite of news that has been heavily disappointing to those around me that share the same situation. I am surprised because I am not as emotionally drained or even negatively affected by their mood as I thought Iā€™d be. Just looking at the bigger picture.

This really does feel like an armor, very much recommended :dizzy:
