I think we all know by now the major toxic connection and love energy exchange:

But there is another dynamic one that though is not as toxic per se it def hinders progress and when we consciously dig deep in the roots of how we react to stress in relationships it can bring a tremendous positive impact in our own healing and thefore how we relate to others and connect to others to ultimately build a strong loving relationship that inspires personal growth first then success within the couple comes naturally after.
Its a new theory emerging that makes a lot of sense, i invite you to research more about it so you can use it to your advantage whether you already are in a relationship or starting one or simply to live through the most important relationship: the one with yourself which will prepare you for the next love experience, teach you to recognize how that new person’s reaction ways are and either inspire them and help them grow or simply let them go on their way instead of engaging in a harmful dynamic.
