Journey #1 - Fitness Edition

Welcome to gpo’s Journey No. 1 - Fitness Edition

After playing around with some fitness stacks for a while, I decided to try and stick to one of them and see how it goes.

This fitness journey is just for fun and to see the results, and to see how long I will be able to maintain this journey, who knows? We’ll soon find out.

Oh, and feel free to drop in or to give advice!

The listed audios are not in the particular order I listened to that day.

i suggest testosteron boost x1 on the end of each stack because when one begins to train in such a way the Navel Chakra can create problems.

If one becomes agitated from it or angry then the internal alchemical crucible with emotional relese will help. In my exprerience until now this chakra sucks more negativity then other chakras and when stimulated raw will pain. so…enjoy your journey!

ya. it stimulates/cleares/wakes this chakra…the only audio i found about it for the matter…also if you had the enegy course you can apply the crystal energy there as well…as far as i know the Star audio does also some good stuff there.

okay:
At the beginning:
Torsion field x 1 then Plasmatron x2 and then your stacks:

  1. Muscles beyond limits.x 3 after that 20 pepper x1
    2 Androg. Stimulation x2
  2. Hardcore x4
    4:Autom. Cycling x1
  3. platelet rich Plasma x 3
    Muscle recovery would be enough every three days x 3
    Twich in time and Light as you want, dont know about them
    6: Testosterone Boost Vers 2,5 x 1
  4. DHT
  5. Myophascial release x 4
    That is for everyday. Listen to it a week and see if you need other audios to burn fat.

you dont need oydiized fat because the Muscles beyond limits, Hardcore and Cycling burn fat already
Gilla Audio i dont now what it does, Furnace you dont need because these audios do that already

Ok, I will see I might add some of these like Plasmatron, but I already get good results from Sapien’s audios so I’m not sure if I really need them.

Why 20e pepper only x1? Recommended is 2-3 times per listen.

Gila Monster’s drool is in The Swords of adipose Annihilation, makes you less hungry and feel more full from eating.

I suggest on the days that u have
Myofascial Release, that u put it at the end of your stack. On the days that u have Muscle Recovery, u can put it either right before or right after it.

So for example:
Muscle Recovery X3
Myofascial X2
or the other way around

Thanks, usually I use it only straight after Automated Cycling and Hardcore, do you think thats good or do you mean at the end of the day?

I think it should be twinned with
Muscle Recovery.

U can try it both ways and see what U feels works best for u.
