Current Weight = Starting Weight on Day 1 + 0.6kg

Update: Took a break from most of the audios, it seems like my lower body is gaining more muscle than my upper body. Maybe due to genetics or because of Automated Cycling.

Update: Surprised at my weight, my quads are getting bigger again, trapezius as well. Jaws are bigger.

Update: It is weird how my weight fluctuates from day to day, probably because I’m weighing myself at different times of the day. Noticing wider shoulders, more definition of the abs and chest.

Update: Might take a break from the fitness audios for now and focus on other audios. So far I’m happy with the results of this journey, have lost a decent amount of body fat and gained muscle. Probably why my weight has not changed that much. Facial definition has increased and my jaws look bigger.

just saw this thread. and don’t know much knowledge about steroids and cycles but
getting serious for workouts now and i want to use steroid audios … so i just wanted to know if i need to do pct with audios only after steroids audio cycle?

Hey bro so which SARMs are you doing and how long ago did you start listening? Are you listening daily?

For PCT back when i dabbled with the SARM fields, i listened to my usual health stuff + hair follicle hormone and luteinizing hormone on Patreon because it’s good for testicular health …

My health stuff back then had cosmo volt, advanced healing, plasma protocol and stuff of that nature, over all just a lot of plasma fields lol

I’ve not used coz of lack of knowledge and was scared of side effects
but recently I’ve gained a lot of weight and I want to shed it fast with some muscle gain so wanted to give them a shot.
as I’m already prone to male pattern baldness and other libido issues, just making sure if there’s backup to restore things if something goes wrong lol

also need a suggestion, what stack would you recommend to lose belly fat majorly and have good bicep and chest
