What would you guys recommend for minor knee pain from time to time, it’s just discomforting and prevents me from training legs. Actually it started after a very heavy push squat machine workout months ago. It’s better now but still persists randomly. Anybody with a listening recommendation. I know I can see a doctor, but I personally want to apply some ideas from sapien first.

Might be an issue with the muscles, that are supporting your knee. Are you doing workouts for them?

Also do some light exercises for your knee muscles in addition to the videos. Eg Single Leg Raise:
And Backward Step Down
Or go down a staircase, backwards.
I’ve been doing leg extensions randomly because there’s less impact on my knees compared to squats (which I really wish I can get back on).
I’m gonna start listening to those workout audios, I just hope it won’t worsen my knee issue
