Is there any possible way to get the audio version of this field please? I just canât purchase another NFT because I am still having trouble accessing the NFT I purchased. I have tried everything, even reached out to Phantom support and followed their steps. I did everything they told me to do, short of putting even more money into something I canât access. It seems like itâs gone for good. To clarify, i am not looking for advice on how to access my NFT here (I can ask for help elsewhere). I am asking about the possibility of purchasing the Knight audio. It used to exist, and I would really like to buy it. Not the NFT version please. I would really really REALLY appreciate it.

Are you trying to say that you lost access to your wallet? or that you donât know how to transfer an NFT into your wallet? In first case itâs not a big problem really as long as NFTs contained are still in there, the fields will recognize you as owner. You can easily create a new wallet too for new purchases

OK, so here is what happened. I had downloaded it to phantom just fine on my old phone. But somehow I couldnât get it to show up in my new phoneâs phantom wallet even though I kept trying to download over and over again. And then, the other day, I accidentally deleted the NFT from my old phoneâs phantom wallet! Guys I am so clueless about NFTâs. I am not a techie person at all. Ask me to talk to a random stranger and I am on it, but these NFTâs are so confusing to me! I know I still have the link from the sapien shop. I still keep trying to download it. I keep deleting the phantom app, adding the phantom app, but my phone doesnât give me any options of what to do, like before it would prompt me to open with phantom. I donât get that prompt anymore. I have tried SO many times. I give up. This is so frustrating. I spent $200 on an nft I canât even access. Every time I think about this, I want to cry.
By delete, do you mean you accidentally burned the NFT? If you did then you donât own it any more. If it wasnât burned then something else happened to it, maybe it ended up in the Hidden Collection folder at the bottom of Phantom wallet.
Assuming you didnât burn the NFT, since you already previously got it into your phantom wallet that means you own it and have already claimed it even if you canât access your wallet right now.
Just go back to your âClaim NFTâ e-mail, click through on âclaim your NFTâ and then you should be able to download the audio and image from the next screen. Then just use them as normal since you already own the NFT.

If this is your wallet then Iâm sorry but itâs as good as gone.
But if Iâm not mistaken the old 25min audio was included in the download link too and that one should work for you regardless of the NFT ownership
So resetting the app actually burned the NFT? Wow, I guess I will never ever buy another NFT again. Clearly itâs not meant for people like me who have no idea how to use them. Thanks, I do have the music, I guess I will use that now.
Well it really is a bummer that this happened but on the bright side youâre not left empty-handed, the old audio is still amazing on its own.
If you ever feel eager again there should be lots of resources on the forum to learn about NFTs, just type keywords in the search box.

If you look up the wallet contents, you will realize it had NFTs such as PROJEKT HERCULES, so it is not possible that it is @achakrasâs account.
@achakras I donât think you burned your NFTs, so iâm fairly certain you can gain access to them. Regardless, it should still work for you. The burned NFT token in question that @anon54810175 showed is Knight Warrior Mindset #113. In your email, when you claim the NFT from the Sapien Shop you can see which # your NFT token is, I am positive #113 isnât yours.
No, this shouldnât be the case. There is a specific option to burn your NFT token that you have to specifically click on.

Thank you so much. I think youâre right. I see it there, under transfers. I just donât know how to get to it. I will read up on the NFT thread and see if I can figure it out. I was so desperate that I created 3 more wallets, but no luck. So now I have 4 wallets in phantom and zero nft. But its there, somewhere. Thanks for all your help.

How is that a good thing though? Wouldnât 500 below be lower consciousness, I am worried that it dampens your higher emotions like love etc.
