Yes, it includes the older 20-min audio and the newer upgraded 6-min audio, in addition to the Mandala. Of course, the audio and mandala work as long as you own the NFT.

I donāt want to be this guy, but I need helpā¦ 18 days ago I ordered the endocriner and knight/warrior mindset. I was excited because Iāve struggled with anxiety for awhile and I wanted a confidence boost.
I had a date with a lady planned on the day I ordered them. I listened to the endocriner 3 times to help with anxiety, and the knight/warrior mindset (updated version) 3 times, to help with confidence, before my date. Long story short, it was not a good dateā¦ I felt depressed and it was hard to socialize. I didnāt even recognize myself, which scared meā¦ now 18 days later I still feel the effects and I donāt know how to reverse them. It sounds crazy, but itās like it changed the chemistry of my brain for the worse 
Iām not a Sapien hater or anything like that at all! Iāve received positive benefits from his free fields and other paid fields, like plasma flaunt. It helped me with healing, but I feel like the frequencies in the endocriner and knight/warrior mindset did not agree with my energetic body at all. I have felt like Iām in a depressed state ever since. I honestly feel numb, like I donāt enjoy things anymore. I wasnāt like that before I listened.
I think frequencies can be compared to food. A certain food can be beneficial to 99 out of 100 people, but it could cause an allergic reaction to 1 person out of the 100. I feel like Iām that 1 person in this case. I just want my brain to go back to like it was before. If Sapien could possibly create a āreverse effectsā field to help the brain to go back to its natural state and reverse any negative effects from frequencies, I would be beyond appreciativeā¦
The LAST thing I wanted to do was come on here and leave any type of bad review, but I donāt know what to do at this point. I feel desperate. Can anyone help me? @Dreamweaver @SammyG

Whatās up Allen. It sucks that youāve had this response to endocriner and although Iām not dream or Sammy I can try to pitch you some knowledge.
First thing first if it was just anxiety that was the main thing you wanted to lessen there is the All-Purpose anxiety removal audio thatās really effective and itās free. As for your depression listen to the following audios at-least twice for a couple days.
Those audios being, Depression Begone and brain regeneration. Also I personally use testosterone in the morning to help with my confidence and anxiety levels.
But before those audios use the Deep aura clearing audio x1 and energy blockage removal x1 . That way the ones I suggested earlier will take better effect on you.
Hopefully this helps until someone else can give better advice for your situation.

The date I had with the lady wasnāt good, because I didnāt feel like myself at all. I donāt really care about her though, so sheās not the reason for how Iāve been feeling. I suspect that my bad experience with these audios might be an anomaly.
Again, I hate to say anything negative about Sapienās work. I think he does an amazing job and is helping people. Iāve received positive benefits from other Sapien audios, but these 2 put me in a bad mental state, that Iām having a hard time getting out of.

It is possible for the light of the morphic fields to flush out some hidden ego agendas. Itās all in how you perceive it. Itās a normal process in healing and in spiritual growth. Itās not the fault of the fields, or of you. Itās just the path. You let go of the ballast so the balloon can go higher! 
Remember to not label, but just to immediately go into letting it go mode. You can use your favorite or ask around if you need some input. And congratulations! Youāre still here, still on the path of spiritual growth!

Many things could be happening. Energies that are putting you in alignment with the mindset of the field. What is painful? That is a rhetorical question lol. Just a label? I am guessing only the ego could perceive it as such. What if it wasnāt? Can you make it funny? Can you make it reaaaaalllly serious? Can you remove the color and make it like an old black and white movie? Can you change all the energies to babies in diapers and everyone is putting food all over themselves and everything else?
Point is - if itās not a big, hairy, serious deal, then maybe itās not so painful, eh? Your label, your choice. I remember when BAllen had the silliest experience when his brain was becoming a Knight! It was all like noodle brain and crap. 
You life, your choice. Change it up, and have fun!
